Everyone who participated: congratulations! Only a small percentage of jiu jitsu practitioners dare to test themselves with competitions. This is one of the best ways to improve your jiu jitsu and grow as a person: dealing with pressure, performing for an audience, staying calm when it gets tough. Important skills that also help immensely in daily life.

* Kaan also participated in the Nijmegen Open No-gi this weekend, where he won gold in his division! In the open class, he managed to secure silver.
