With the annual membership, you can cancel monthly after the first year. For the monthly contract, this can be done from the start. Both have a four-week notice period.

*To prevent no-shows, you will receive a fine of €10 per no-show after 3 no-shows or late cancellations (2 hours before the class starts).
Our “Haven BJJ” app is available in the App Store and at Google Play. You use the app to book your classes and check in.
When you sign up for a trial class or a membership, you will automatically receive an email “Create account Haven BJJ”. Click on the link in that email to create your password.
With your email address and your new password, you can log in to the app. It may take 1 to 5 minutes for your password to be synchronized.
Through our app, you register for the classes. Upon arrival, scan the QR code on the tablet. Then we know you are actually present.
1. This is probably because you do not have an active membership yet. Sign up via Memberships.
2. Another possibility is that you accidentally entered the wrong age. In that case, please contact the front desk: [email protected].
3. If your payment has not gone through, booking will also be blocked. Check the outstanding invoices and pay them (Menu > Invoices > Open).
4. It is possible that you have created multiple accounts. Click in your app on Menu > Your name and then select a different name.
Due to the rules of Google and Apple, you unfortunately cannot purchase subscriptions through our app. Instead, you sign up via Memberships. You can then reserve and check in through the app.
You can easily cancel by sending us an email to [email protected]. Our monthly subscriptions have a notice period of 4 weeks. For annual subscriptions, you can cancel monthly after the first year.
Make sure to create an account first via the email you received from us. After that, you can log in to the app. Also, check your spam box.
